Montgomery County Emergency Management Director Greg Beam says power has been restored for about 1,800 residents.
Around 6:45 a.m. he said Clark Energy was working on the issue, which impacted residents in Camargo/Jeffersonville.
By 8:30 am. he said all power had been restored.
Beam said he believed a transformer at the4 substation blew around 3:57 a.m., which resulted in the outages.
