Nighttime flagging operations info for Montgomery and Fayette counties

Nighttime flagging operations are scheduled on U.S. 421 (Leestown Road) in Fayette County and U.S. 60 (Winchester Road) in Montgomery County.

Work will take place from 6 p.m. to 7 a.m. nightly, beginning Monday, Aug. 10, through Friday, Aug. 14, weather permitting, while crews remove thermoplastic paint to prepare for upcoming surface treatment.

Fayette County: U.S. 421 (Leestown Road) from Ruffian Way to just before Browns Mill Road

Montgomery County: U.S. 60 (Winchester Road) from approximately one-quarter mile before Bent Brook Drive to Meadow View Drive

Motorists should use extra caution, and watch for signs and personnel in the work zone.
