Elizabeth Kay Adkins Roberts, 73, of Mt. Sterling, passed away after a long illness, Wednesday, Aug. 27, 2025.
Born April 6, 1952, in Mansfield, Ohio, she was the daughter of the late Emery and Eva Adkins. She worked at a factory and Eastland Grocery store, while raising her family. She was a member of the Christian Assembly of God.
Survivors include her husband, Barry Roberts; daughter, Kristie (Bill) Craig of Owingsville; son, Bradley Norris of Owingsville; two grandchildren, Taylor Craig and Lauren Craig; two step sons, Robert Laskey and Donald Laskey; two step daughters, Laura (Wendall) Fraley and Anne Roberts; several step grandchildren; and two brothers, Michael Adkins and Robert (Seon) Adkins of Illinois.
In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by three brothers, Robert Adkins, Kenny Adkins and James Adkins; and a sister, Roberta Gail Adkins.
Service was conducted Saturday, Aug. 30, at the Christian Assembly of God church with Scott Barnes officiating. Burial was in the Lovely-Amburgey Cemetery.
Pallbearers were family and friends.
