Nancy Jean Fraley, 60, of Mt. Sterling, died Tuesday, April 7, 2026 at her residence.
Born May 25, 1965, in Wilmington, Ohio, she was the daughter of the late Lucian and Barbara Rupert Cecil. She was a former member of Montgomery County Homemakers Club. Crafting was her favorite thing, and spending time with family.
Survivors include her husband, Virgil Fraley; sons, Alan Fraley (Katie) of Jeffersonville and Matt Fraley (Kayla Yarber) of Mt. Sterling; brothers, Lucian Cecil (Becky) of Harrodsburg, Gary Cecil (Beth) of Lake Butler, Fla., Courtney Cecil (Amy) and Tim Cecil (Judy) of Jeffersonville; grandchildren, Mason Fraley, Kelby Fraley, Kenzie Fraley and Maya Fraley; and numerous nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents he was preceded in death by brothers, Jeff Cecil, Bobby Cecil and Danny Joe Cecil.
Service was conducted Monday, April 13 at Taul Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Jim Skidmore officiating.
