Linda Lansdale Moore, 80, of Nicholasville, died Friday, May 1, 2026, at University of Kentucky Healthcare in Lexington.
Born April 20, 1946, in Montgomery County, she was the daughter of the late Clyde and Alma Reed Lansdale. She attended Eastland Church of God in Lexington and worked for Veterans Hospital as an administrator. She enjoyed studying scripture and helping with children’s ministry. She loved her pets, neighbors, doing Pilates and spending time with family.
Survivors include her daughter, Dr. Nicci Pittman (Dan Jackson) of Lexington; brother, Clyde Lansdale (Glenda) of Dallas, Texas; sister, Janice Martin of Lexington; and grandson, George Pittman of Lexington.
In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, Nicky Moore; and a brother, Sidney Lansdale.
Service was conducted Sunday, May 3, at Eastland Church of God in Lexington with Pastor Jared Houser officiating. Burial was in Machpelah Cemetery.
Pallbearers were Norman Lansdale, Skyler Martin, Hunter Martin, Chris Logan, Joe Olliges and George Pittman.
