Kerri Sturgill, 71, of Mt. Sterling, died Friday, April 10, 2026 at her residence.
Born March 15, 1955 in Dayton, Ohio, she was the daughter of Sara Warner Taylor of Owingsville. She worked at Montgomery County Area Technology Center. She enjoyed horses and yard sales.
In addition to her mother survivors include sons, Edward Hart III (Tiffany) of Jeffersonville and Josh Hart (Tonya) of Camargo; and grandchildren, Logan Hart, Kennedi Hart, Sophie Hart and Michael Sturgill.
She was preceded in death by husbands, Edward Lee Hart and Phillip Sturgill.
Service will be conducted at 1 p.m., Thursday, April 16 at Taul Funeral Home Chapel with Raymond Townsend officiating. Visitation is 11 a.m.-1 p.m., Thursday. Burial will be in Longview Cemetery.
Pallbearers will be Ed Hart, Logan Hart, Billy Brandenburg, Scott Little, Robbie Skaggs and Brandon Powell.
