Yesterday, we officially welcomed our newest employees during the Welcome to the Tribe! New Hire Open House—a new HR event designed to help every new team member feel informed, connected and ready from day one.
Throughout the event, new hires met district staff, explored essential departments and received helpful information about technology, insurance and benefits, payroll and retirement, teacher certification, CENTEGIX badges, purchasing, Infinite Campus and more.
It was an exciting first step into Montgomery County Schools—and the beginning of what we know will be an incredible year!
