Born Dec. 3, 1936, in Mt. Sterling, she was the daughter of the late Espy and Lalah Griffin Rudder.  She cherished her hometown, where she later graduated from Mt. Sterling High School.  She dedicated 61 years of her life to her beloved husband, Billy Jackson, and together they raised a family rooted in love and loyalty.  She was the proud mother of Ann Moore and Brad Jackson, whose strength and dedication reflect the values she  instilled in her family.  Known for her quiet demeanor and attentive nature, she was a great listener, always there for her loved ones with a gentle word.  As a devoted member of the First Church of God, she found joy and companionship in church luncheons and community events.  Her faith was a cornerstone of her life, nurturing her spirit and guiding her in her daily interactions.  She was also a passionate bird watcher and took great delight tending to her beautiful porch flowers, transforming her outdoor space into a sanctuary of color and life.  Her love for college basketball, particularly her unwavering support for UK and Auburn, brought her immense joy and a sense of camaraderie with friends and family alike.  Her loyalty to her family and friends was unwavering, and her presence will be deeply missed by all who knew her.
