Eric Landon Combs, 51

Eric Landon Combs, 51, of Berea, died Tuesday, April 22, 2025, at the University of Kentucky Hospital.

Born Oct. 1, 1973, in Winchester, he was the son of James Combs and Rhonda Tharpe.  He attended Church on the Rock in Berea, was an IT Specialist for NTT Data and a U.S. Navy veteran.  He enjoyed music, playing guitar, and singing. He loved spending time with his family.

Survivors include his wife, Miranda Combs; sons, Logan Combs and Dano Combs, both of Berea; daughter, Haleigh Segress (Ryan) of Mt. Sterling; mother, Rhonda Tharpe (Gerald) of Stanton; father, James Combs (Pam) of Mt. Sterling; brother, Richard Frederick (Cathy) of Mt. Sterling; sisters, Robin Engel (Jason) of Florence, Barbara Ford (Steve) of Frankfort and Amy Holder (Dustin) of Stanton; and a grandchild, Evelynn Segress.

Graveside service was conducted Saturday, April 26 at Johnnie Martin Cemetery in Mt. Sterling with Bro. Steve Kuehne officiating.

Pallbearers were Matthew Rayburn, Chad Abney, Jonas Breakall, Logan Combs, Taylor Trimble, Justin Combs and Robbie Combs.

Honorary pallbearers were Richard McCure, Ben McCure, Kevin Babcock and Josh Babcock. 

Taul Funeral Homes was in charge of arrangements.
