Child pornography investigation leads to local arrest |

Jason Lee Roe, 35, of Mt. Sterling, was arrested at 5:35 p.m. Tuesday in connection with an online investigation into child pornography, according to a release from the Kentucky State Police at Morehead.
Roe was charged with one count of distribution of matter portraying a sexual performance by a minor, first-degree, and 20 counts of possession of matter portraying a sexual performance by a minor, the release said.
Roe is lodged in the Montgomery County Regional Jail.
The incident remains under investigation by the KSP, a release said.
